Our Refund Policies


Trainings

 For workshops:

  • If a cancellation is made more than 1 week prior to the date of the workshop, registrant will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50% for administrative handling.  Or the student may elect to apply the full amount to a future workshop within one year of the cancellation.
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to the workshop.

For weekend trainings:

  • If a cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the start of the training, registrant will receive a refund of the amount paid less $75 for administrative handling.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of training but more than 5 days before, GFY will retain $75 for administrative handling and the balance of the amount paid will be held for the registrant to apply to a future training weekend.  The held registration amount is to be used within two years of the cancellation or the amount will be forfeited.
  • No refund if cancellation is made within 5 days of the training.

 For training intensives:

  • If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of an intensive, registrant will receive a refund of the amount paid less $150 for administrative handling.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to an intensive, GFY will retain $150 for administrative handling and the balance of the amount paid will be held for the registrant to apply to a future training intensive.  The held registration amount is to be used within two years of the cancellation or the amount will be forfeited.
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the training.

Trips

  • The cancellation and refund policy for trips varies by destination and venue.  Please visit the Trips page for details on a specific trip or contact us for more information.

Treasures

  • Intent to return merchandise must be communicated within 7 calendar days of receipt of product.
  • Buyer notifies Global Family Yoga by email of intent to return an item in order to receive return shipping information.  Buyer pays cost of return shipping.
  • Upon receipt of undamaged returned merchandise, the buyer’s credit card is credited, or a check is issued if the purchase was cash or check and the buyer’s check has cleared.
  • No returns on close-out or, with the exception of Ohana pricing. on discounted product.
