- In person - Have fun learning practical and effective techniques in our workshops and trainings.
- At home - Our comprehensive mentored self-study program allows you to learn in your own home at your own pace.
- On the web - eCourses are delivered right to your email with links to audio and video clips that support the lessons.
- By phone - monthly teleconferences hosted by Mira Binzen, E-RYT, RCYT allow participants to converse on a wide range of topics related to Yoga for children and families.
- Social Networking - members of our Ohana have access to an exclusive on-line meeting area where they discuss opportunities, ideas, challenges and more.
- Books and CDs - our Whole Body Alphabet book and Chill Children CD are great tools to have in your Yoga tool kit. We also have lots of recommended reading from our training program you might find useful.
