Introduction to Teaching Yoga to Children
Share your love of Yoga with children and families!
In this module you will learn why and how to share the life-affirming practices of Yoga with children. Begin by experiencing a children's Yoga class for yourself. After practicing just as the children would, we will then discuss how and why each tecnique is practiced to make it safe, effective and enjoyable for children of various ages. The session will conclude with time for questions, and you will receive a handout of the lesson plan and games played.

Previous Yoga experience is helpful but not required. Both practice and discussion are included so dress comfortably and arrive ready to play!
