Children's Yoga Specialty Certification - Asia
20-29 October in Singapore
6-16 November in Taipei City
At these very special trainings you will have the rare opportunity to get the full number of contact hours required to become a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance® all in one session – a significant savings of both time and money. Learn the developmental principals, the sensory integration benefits and the science of yoga behind the practices that we’re doing in children’s yoga classes. You will get a deep understanding of WHY we do what we do and very specifically HOW these practices help children thrive.
The Children's Specialty Yoga training is a 95-hour program consisting of:
- 90 Contact Hours (classroom hours in the physical presence of a faculty member)
- An at-home assignment comprising 5 non-contact hours
During these 10 day intensives we will be covering all 3 of the required components of this curriculum that make up the 90 classroom hours.
- Planting Seeds - teaching Yoga to children under 8
- Taking Root - teaching Yoga to ages 8-12
